First of all, to study hard can train a student having self-discipline. A student has to learn to manage his time and arrange his life. This is a basic fundamental life skill, and it is even more important than the ability relate to a future job. It is because self-discipline takes time to build. For example, my sister studied hard when she was in college. Even though her roommates and friends go out for fun often, and seldom study, she still make her time to sit in front of the desk to study. She felt hard that time because study hard and study alone is not easy for her. But in the end, she has learned to discipline herself and now work in a good company.

Second, to study hard can train a student to be responsible. The sense of being responsible is more important than any ability. It is because people can spend time to gain knowledge and learn skills, but not the sense of being responsible. If a young man knows his responsibility in school is study hard, in other words, to gain knowledge as mush as he can. We can sure that he knows what he is doing and there is no difficulty for him to learn skills when he really needs to use them. 

To sum up, I think study hard in school is much important than gaining ability that relate to a future job. For study hard in school represents that a young man can discipline himself and have the sense of being responsible. Those characters are more important than having the ability of a future job. Also good characters lead people succeed, not abilities.

Studying hard is very important in every student's life.

When we study hard we can finish our studies in less time.We can do well in our studies.Studying hard not only helps us to get good marks in our studies,but it improves our personality.

Studying hard teaches us to be more dedicated,determined and focussed towards our work.It teaches us to be responsible,stable and disciplined.

By studying hard,we can finish our studies in lesser time,thus we get time to do other work.Therefore,we should try to study hard with dedication so that we can learn better and remember well.
