Like any organic system, an organization is only as strong as its combined parts. In human organizations, such as companies, sports teams and even families, the integral parts are made up of team members working together as one. For such entities to become and remain successful, each individual must work toward the common good of the organization, and the organization must value individuals. Strong team work automatically leads to successful achievements and positive outcomes.

Teamwork is the Key to Success
Mattie Stepanek has wisely said, “Unity is strength... when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.” Teamwork is miraculous synergic power that can achieve anything. All the breathtaking wonders of the world have been created through the power of teamwork. Tallest skyscrapers, longest bridges, fastest jets and airplanes, space-stations, rockets that land on other planets, all the new inventions in science and technology, all have been possible through teamwork only. All the multinational companies such as Microsoft, Google, Coca-cola, Suzuki, Ford, Mc Donald’s, Nike, etc. are result of the teamwork only!
Achieving any goal is a formidable task, demanding an enormous amount of synergy of so many factors. An alone man will take the triple amount of time, efforts, and resources to achieve some goal as compared to a team. In every culture there is an emphasis on teamwork. In every culture there are stories and fables that highlight the importance of teaming up. For instance in Hindu culture, there is a famous example of the success that can be achieved through teaming up. In Mahabarata, the famous Indian scripture, Lord Krishna teamed up with Arjuna in the battle against Kauravas. As a result Arjuna became invincible and slew the greatest of his opponents and ultimately vanquished his foes. If Arjuna were alone, could he have defeated such a vast army of Kauravas? No; not at all. So by teaming up with competent persons, we can achieve our goals faster.Similar questions
