Cooking is an art of our imagination of a dish on a plate. Designing it perfectly and the taste which creates a relinshing memory in brain. We start from scratch in everything we do, we feel we didn't make-up to the expectation, we feel
let down but if one takes it as a challenge it definitely pays off.
Imperfections and fails when we do basic start, if you think cooking equals life. Life has hurdles then hurdles comes in cooking aswell, sometimes crossing it maybe difficult for a moment. After we gain up and fly like bird.
In India, great artist chef's men like Vikas khanna was from a small village called rayolli. His story became a big inspiration to lakhs and now he served his dish to the Queen of England.
Basic cooking may lead to big destiny which we wouldn't have thought of.
