Due to having a totally different wisdom along with a hard indigestible contrast to support the thinking and the emotional attachment of an altogether unequal supportable perception.

Moving to our conclusion,, as already said above they are not in a perfect balance and one of the wisdom is ready to oust them in any situation faced by a Human Being. Generally speaking and approaching neutrality, both of them are even-handedly important in ones life. But, apply them according to the circumstances otherwise, things might go wrong.

These two are something which propose a total different conclusion about us or humans. Head and heart is something which can influence a decision.

Head is something which tends us to make our decision wisely based on the proper information and situation but heart is something which will make our decision in a way where it'll deal with heart. Our decision will be sentimental and moreover we understand the value of relationships, feelings and emotions.

Concluding the two, it's surely that it's hard for someone to deal with the two. Being a person with the thought of being spiritually capable to take decision, I don't think it's correct. Wisdom of heart is something which makes you internally happy with the it's statements dealing with love and affection.

While wisdom of head is something which will make you externally happy just because you know that you did right according to the mentality of others and proved your brain right. Not everytime one person needs to choose the heart but head is also equally important because everytime being sentimental won't make all good. You need to be equally well with the head too.
