The above line has been quoted by Charles Dickens. According to him, there are two types of wisdom. The first is the wisdom of the head in which the individual takes the decision from their head and logical too. Wisdom from heart implies the decisions and thoughts made from the heart which is emotional and full of feelings. The choices or decide which one makes in their life are taken by either of the two ways. There comes situations in which certain decisions are required to be taken which are correct from the logical point of view and at other are correct from the emotional point of view or vice-versa.
