First of all actually what these two things are. Obviously these are the wisdoms which gets enriched from two different places i.e., mind and heart.
What's wisdom of heart ?
The thing which we think from our heart is known as wisdom of heart. The advantage of this is people think positively in each case. They don't like to point out the negative things and instead will work upon the positive side.
More importantly, our heart gives us a feeling of self consciousness which always deals with emotions and feelings. Through this we start connecting to the situation in which others are.
Now, what's wisdom of mind ?
Wisdom of mind is enriched with the self awareness. When we are fully aware of ourself then we start thinking from mind. It's the thing which let us decide every decision and even will think about both the sides i.e., negativity and positivity.
The thoughts of our mind is called the building block of one's life. It could make one's life, also it let people know about themself and even others.
We get aware of the people who they actually are. We see the real side of them which helps us to get knowledge of a true friend or person.

Our heart will be like, very bad thing happened with the person. May god bless him and so on.
