please give me brilliant

Explanation:

While some love reading books, for a few others books may seem to be just a dull collection of pages. But an alive talking book…. may attract the attention of quite a many.

What would happen if a book came to life? Would we learn through a talking book? Would the book narrate its own tale? Would it allow us to go inside and take a peek as stories come to life?

It was a Monday afternoon, sometime last year, when I happened to experience a book come alive at my school library. While I was searching for a Fairy Tale book to read, there alongside I spotted a book dancing and prancing walking towards me. My friends too saw something unusual and flocked around it to see what this new thing was. Suddenly we all grew wings and reached a vast rainforest. It was lovely to be flying with the book and the pretty Alcon Blue butterflies.

At the forest we came across some bunny rabbits. They were cutely cuddling each other. We crossed a tall giraffe where the calves were making an attempt to reach the trees so that they could eat the leaves. No matter how hard they tried, they could not reach high enough to eat their food. The book used its magic and gave them wings, just like us. The giraffes were grateful and thanked the book by smiling and waving at us. We too waved back. My friends and I were amazed with the magical ride through the rainforest.

Once we reached there, the book starting narrating some amazing adventures. Snow White was talking to the seven dwarfs. Cinderella was dancing with the handsome prince at the Grand Ball. Rapunzel was sitting by the window waiting to be rescued. The Pied Piper of Hamelin was being followed by the rats out of the town. Pinnochio was moving about with a long nose. So many characters came alive. What a fascinating sight to the eyes!

Later, the book asked us to join him and the fairy tale characters for a lavish feast. On the table, there were the sweetest peaches, mangoes, papayas and wild berries and also some delicious pizza, pasta, soups, sandwiches and as many cakes, pies and pastries. We all ate to our heart’s content. After bidding goodbye to the fairy tale characters, we continued with our journey.

My friends and I, were thrilled with what was going on. We could not believe that the book had come to life along with its characters. The book too seemed happy and proud to be getting so much attention and to see all of us having fun. New vocabulary, spellings, story formations and characters being introduced helping our imagination come alive. It was a fascinating experience with the book welcoming us with moving pictures, characters and words…each letter and word forming new stories and keeping us engrossed. We bonded perfectly with the book.

We didn’t realize how time passed and before long it was evening. And all of a sudden, we were transported back to the library. The Sun had set and things were back to normal. The book became still again and was lying on the book shelf. My friends and me looked at each other and wondered whether the things had actually happened or was it all a dream. We were all very sad that the day had ended. We so wanted the book to come back to life once again! Racing with cowboys and fighting with villains, putting out fires and nabbing notorious thieves. All these things could happen only if books are alive. Although my friends and I learnt a lot, we were wanting more of it and have many such adventures.

Authors know that books are non living things with pages and covers. But they try to make them come alive when a person reads them. What if our text books came to life? I am already imagining being there on 15th August, 1947.
