We know that,
V=S/t ........(1)
Let ,
speed of sound=V
frequency =f
wavelength=w

V=S/t
V=w/t
V=w x 1/t
V=w x f ..........(f=1/t)

Speed = \frac{ Distance }{Time}
=  \frac{ lambda}{time}


Frequency =  \frac{1}{Time. period(T)}

Therefore speed(v) = lambda x  \frac{1}{Time. period(T)}
= lambda( λ) x Frequency(f)


Therefore ,
v = λ x f
