To establish the relation between velocity, wavelength & time period.

SOLUTION:

We know that,

velocity = wavelength \times frequency

And,

Frequency =  \frac{1}{Time\ period}

Then,

Velocity =  \frac{Wavelength}{Time\ period.}

So,

Velocity is directly proportional to Wavelength.

And,

Velocity is inversely proportional to time period.
