A ward councilor is a member of a local government council. This person represents his or her district or ward where they were elected in.The Ward Councilors also ensure that the demands of their wards are placed before the entire council for the welfare of their ward and also for the people residing there. It is also the duty of the Ward Councillor to communicate the work of the council to constituents.
