- Ethanoyl chloride on reaction with diethyl amine in presence of propanol gives N,N-diethylethanamide.

● Explaination -
- Diethyl amine on reaction with ethanoyl chloride in presence of propanol gives N,N-diethylethanamide.

(CH3CH2)2NH + CH3COCl --> (CH3CH2)2NCOCH3 + HCl

* Propanol just acts as catalyst and isn't get decreased.
