Eugllena is a dual organisms. why?


RRishikumar: euglena is a dual organism because it shows two types of nutrition, autotrophic & heterotrophic nutritio. In presence of light it can make its own food by photosynthesis. And in absence of light it consumes food from another plant or animals.

Eugllena is a dual organism because it can take food by both holozoic mode of nutrition and autotrophic mode of nutrition..
