= \dfrac{2^{38}[4+2 +1 ] }{2^{39}[4 +2 - 1]}=239[4+2−1]238[4+2+1]
= \dfrac{1[7] }{2[5]}=2[5]1[7]
= \dfrac{7}{10}=107
