4[1/16 + 1/16] -2/3[3/4 - 1/2] + 1/2*3

= 4*2/16 - 2/3*1/2 + 3/2

= 4/8 - 1/3 + 3/2

= 12 - 8 + 36/24

= 40/24

= 20/12 = 10/6 =5/3 [ans.]
