Hey!!
Here is the answer ..

According to the identity,
 \red{(a + b + c) {}^{2} = {a }^{2} + b {}^{2} + c {}^{2} + }\\ \red {2ab \: + \: 2bc \: + \: 2ca}
Hence,
According to the given question,
(a + 5b - 100c) {}^{2} = \\ a {}^{2} + 5b {}^{2} - 10c {}^{2} + 2 \times a \times 5b \: \\ + 2 \times 5b \times - 100c \: + 2 \times - 100c \\ \times \: a

a {}^{2} + 25b {}^{2} - 100c {}^{2} + 10ab \\-100bc - 20ac

This is the answer .
I hope it helps you .

{Final answer is
a {}^{2} + 25b {}^{2} - 100c {}^{2} + 10ab \\ - 100bc - 20ac}
