The value of j/k - 0.2k is 4

GIVEN:- j = 25 and k = 5

TO FIND:- j/k - 0.2k

SOLUTION:-

  • For evaluation of the equation given, we need to substitute the values of k and j which are given.

According to the question,

 \frac{j}{k} - 0.2k

By substituting the values

 = \frac{25}{5} - 0.2(5) \\ = 5 - \frac{2}{10} \times 5 \\ = 5 - 1 \\ = 4

Hence, the value of j/k - 0.2k is 4
