x4-81= (x2-9)(x2+9)= (x-3)(x+3)(x2+9)....
2x2-5x-3= (x-3)(2x+1)....
limit x tends to 3. (x4-81)/(2x2-5x-3)
= (x-3)(x+3)(x2+9)/{(x-3)(2x+1)}
=(x+3)(x2+9)/(2x+1)
put x=3
then the value will be= (6*18)/7= 108/7
