= [p/q)2−1]/[(p/q)2+1]

=[(x+3/x−3)2−1]/[(x+3/x−3)2+1]

=[(x+3)2−(x−3)2]/[(x+3)2+(x−3)2]

= 12x/(2x2+18)

=6x/(x2+9)
