 \frac{3 {a}^{0} - 1 }{3 {a}^{0}  + 1}

And we know that a constant raised to the power zero(0) is 1.

Thus,

 =  \frac{3(1) - 1}{3(1) + 1}

 =  \frac{3 - 1}{3  + 1}

= 2/4

= 1/2

Solution:-

 \bf \: 3 {a}^{0}  - 1 \div 3 {a}^{0}  + 1

By using exponential law

x {}^{0}  = 1

We get ,

 \bf \: 3 {a}^{0}  - 1 \div 3 {a}^{0}  + 1

 \bf \: 3 \:  - 1 \:  \div 1 \:  +  \: 1

 \bf \: 2 \div 4

 \bf \: 0.5

Answer:- 0.5
