Evaluate the following using suitable identities:

= ( {100 - 1})^{3}

= {100}^{3}  + ( - 1) + 3(100)( - 1)(100 - 1)

= 1000000 - 1 - 300(100 - 1)

= 1000000 - 1 - 30000 + 30

= 970299

2)(102)^3

= ( {100 + 2})^{3}

=  {100}^{3}  +  {2}^{3}  + 3(100)(2)(100 + 2)

= 1000000 + 8 + 600(100 + 2)

= 1000000 + 8 + 60000 + 1200

= 1061208
