HERE IS YOUR SOLUTION,
Take m× arc tanx = t
differentciate it with respect to x,
it will be m/1+x^(2) dx = dt
substitute these values in given question,
integration of e^(t) dt/m
so on solving this we get,
e^(t)/m.
Now, again substitute the value of t=m× arc tanx
we get the final answer,
e^(m× arc tanx) / m
