Industrialization is one of the major reason for deforestation. However, mining is also one of the causes now. Narmada Sagar type projects are also a cause of deforestation.
Deforestation have a very negative impact on the environment. It destroys the natural habitat of wildlife. This may also disturb the food chain. It also affects the climatic changes. This needs to b controlled or else even our existence will be in danger,
