In the question we Have 2 Terms

On Squaring we will get the Formula of (a+b)²

So,

(2/3m + 3/2n )²

We Know that (a+b)² = a²+2ab+b²

Hence,

(2/3m+3/2n)² = (2/3m)²+2(2/3m)(3/2n)+(3/2n)²

= 4/9m² + 2mn + 9/4n².
