 {( \frac{3}{4} )}^{3}  \times  {( \frac{2}{3} )}^{2}  \\  =  >  \frac{27}{64}  \times  \frac{4}{9}  \\  =  >  \frac{3}{16}

3/4^3=3*3*3/4*4*4=27/64
2/3^3=2*2/3*3=4/9
27/64*4/9=3/16


Therefore the answer is 3/16
