Evaporarion is the process of changing of liquids into gases at a temperature even below its boiling point. The rate of evaporation is the time taken by a liquid to evaporate and this won't depend upon boiling point or pressure. The particles of liquids take latent heat and the heat from its surroundings continuosly. On the other hand pressure is also not a common factor which affect the evaporation rate. The particles of liquid evaporate even at atmospheric pressure which is 101325 pascals or 1.01325bar or 760 mmHg.These all value is identical to 1 atm ( standard atmospheric pressure).
