evaporation takes place at all temperatures. Then why do we spread our wet clothes to dry in the sun?

Yes it is right that evaporation takes place in all tempratures, but the rate of evaporation ( speed of it ) greatly depends on temperature and humidity. So if we spread our clothes in sun light it would get dry very quickly as compared to when you dry it in shade etc.

evaporation occurs faster and moere in higher temperatures and open surfaces respectively.
I hope that no one would like to dry up their clothes for hours inside their home.
