Air and Water are totally different things with different properties, be it physical or chemical.

First of all, Air is a mixture of gases and water comes under the category of liquids. (Basic difference)

Based on what is said above, We can further differentiate by listing the properties of gases and liquids.

For. e.g- In Air, the intermolecular force is relatively less than that of water.
Also, that means the space occupied by air is more than water.
We can not see air, on the contrary, we can see water.

Hope it helped? :)
