even though the farmers are aware thet the burning of strew is harmful to health even then why they are opt for stubble burning​

they are still burning because they don't have another option .

because govt . are not increase the price of their individual crops . .

so , they don't have technique to make them use fairly.

they have to burn them ..

only govt can help farmers by giving them resources .
