Activity and reaction strengths are equivalent and inverse however they don't cross out since they are not connected to a similar body.

For example, if a piece of mass m is perched on a table. The action force "mg" is connected by obstructing on the table while the reaction force "N" is connected to the table on the square as Normal reaction( a similar extent 'mg'), consequently, they don't scratch off.

The normal reaction compels that the piece doesn't tear down the table and move downwards since the drive following up on the square is canceled.
