"even though the share of primary sector in GDP has fallen it is not nessacary that its share in emplayment also would prpartionatly"how far this statement is relevant to the indian context ?

This statement is completely justified in context to India. In India although 70% of the people are engaged in agricultural activities but its share in GDP isn't of acceptable amount. so this proves the statement..
