Hello dear!

No Pain No Gain

In this life there are no gains without pains.Life indeed would be dull if there were no difficulties.Games lost their zest if there is no real struggle and if the result is a foregone conclusion.Both winner and loser enjoy a game most if it is closely contested to the last.No Victory is a real triumph,unless the foe is worthy of The steel.Whether we like it or not, Life is one continuous competitive examination. No pain, no gain is a proverb that means in order to make progress or to be successful, one must suffer. This suffering may be in a physical or mental sense. The phrase no pain, no gain was popularized in the 1980s by the American actress, Jane Fonda. Fonda initiated the aerobics workout craze with a series of videos, in which she proclaimed the ethic “No pain, no gain,” and “Feel the burn.” Interestingly, the sentiment has its roots hundreds of years earlier. Benjamin Franklin wrote in The Way to Wealth in 1758: “There are no gains without pains…” As far back as the second century, Rabbi Ben Hei Hei stated in The Ethics of the Fathers: “According to the pain is the gain .”Says a poet:

We are not here to play,to dream and to drift;

We have hard work to do and loads to lift;

Shun not the struggle; It's god gift

Thank you ☺️

NO PAIN NO GAIN :

Anything that we get in life without pain is not real success. If we had heard the famous motto “No Pain, No Gain” we would have also known the results we can see out of hard work and the pain we take to reach success. Great men have showed us path to success is painful but always promising. If we are ready to overcome all the obstacles in front of us we can easily see the door to success. Even when it comes to our exams, only when we work hard to get good marks, we can score well. If we are not so serious about our life, there is no wonder we keep lagging in all walks of life. So, it is always better to accept pain to enjoy success.
