Your Answer :-

WE know that each child bring water bottle which has 2 Litre of water .
then , Capacity of container = 2 kilo Litre
  .`.  1 Kilolitre = 1000 Litre
  .`.  2 kilolitre = 2000 Litre
If water is filled of all bottles until remaining container = 600 Litre
Filled Container = 2000 - 600
                          = 1400 Litre.

 NO. of students = \frac{filled .container}{Capacity .of.one.bottle}
No. of students = \frac{1400}{2}
No. of students = 70 .

Hence , there are 700 students.

Mankuthemonkey01: capacity of one bottle is 2
Mankuthemonkey01: then shouldn't it be 1400/2 = 700
