hello friend..!!!

we know that , 

K = P² / 2m 

implies P =  √ 2mK -----------------( 1 )

according to the given question ,

kinetic energy increases to 4K 

implies,

4K= p'² / 2m 

implies,

p'² = 4 x 2 mK

p' = 2 √ 2mK  from equation ( 1 ) we know that √ 2mK = p 

therefore 

p' = 2p

therefore the momentum is increased by 200%

therefore the answer is option ' B '
