The statement is false.

Al the integers are not whole numbers.

Whole numbers include 0, 1, 2, 3....

And integers include .....-2, -1, 0, 1, 2.....

Hence, negative numbers can not be included in whole numbers.

So, all the numbers that are called integers can not be referred to as a whole number.
