Only the opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal. However, a rhombus has all its sides equal. So, every parallelogram cannot be a rhombus, except those parallelograms that have all equal sides.

A parallelogram has opposite sides parallel and equal in length. Also opposite angles are equal .Whereas rhombus has all four sides equal.Hence every parallelogram is not a rhombus.
