As the story revolves around a boy and a pyscho drive game.Sebastian shultz was playing the game and had a motorway accident and went in coma. Then the game is stolen and sold in a computer fair and a boy named michael buys and plays the game as once he is won and shultz is out of coma hence the title is justified and EVERYTHING IS VIRTUALLY TRUE
