lets take a normal red blood cell which has oxygen and lets start from the heart the heart pumps the blood and goes to the rest of the body their <cpillarys >its wrong spelling> take the oxygen from the blood cells and give the blood cells carbon dioxide and it goes back to the heart and from their it goes to the lungs to exchange the co2 for sweet oxygen and goes back to the heart and the process continues
