Example of two irrational nubmers whose sum is rational.

√2 and - √2 can be the two numbers.

we can prove this by this way :

√2 + (-√2)
√2 - √2 = 0

we can write 0 as \frac{0}{1}.

\frac{0}{1} is a rational nubmer as it cab be written in the form of \frac{p}{q} ,where q is not equal to zero and p and q are two integers.

abhishek702338: this answer is wrong because we cannot add x+y
palkin: umm ohh sorry
palkin: i will make it correct
