In uniform circular motion, a body is traveling at a constant speed around a  circle, and the direction of acceleration always points toward the center of the circle.
In nonuniform circular motion, the body is traveling at varying speeds, and the direction of its acceleration is not always pointing directly to the center, because there is now an acceleration component parallel to its velocity (called the tangential acceleration).

Rotating blades of a helicopter (uniform motion)
movement of car in circular path (non uniform motion)
