the sum of these numbers is 27. Find the

Answer:

Lets assume the 2 numbers to be 4x and 5x

Therefore 4x+5x=27

-> 9x = 27

-> x = 27/9 [ Taking 9 in LHS in division because it was in

multiplication in RHS ]

=> x = 3
