I know the problem u have becoz I too faced it before.....
My advice is u have to try to control urself.
self control is more important.
First u have to do is OFF THE NOTIFICATIONS so that u don't have any messages from brainly which attracts u most!!!!!

The best way to deal with such a dilemma is to just uninstall the app and to persevere to focus your mind on your studies.Aspire to do well in your exams and ignore all the distractions,just think-What will these all things give you?
