the working and the problem of the rural local government is that the people of the rural local government they can't get proper jobs because they have to come in the rural area and do the crops work and that is the very main thing for those people because in the rainy season the crops were grown like wheat so they have that many of the jobs on the monsoon season if there is summer season that they cant get many of the jobs and this is the very cause for those people who is in the local government
