1. Environment; Due to the geographical location of Bangalore this place was chosen. This was because it is far away from China and Pakistan .

2. The "state government" has invested highly in building up Bengaluru city as the IT hub of India

3. Set up of educational institutions such as NIFT, IISc, IIMB has produced  a number of engineers which further promoted the development of Bangalore in terms of employment in technology

4. The climatic conditions of this place are also pleasant and cool throughout the year due to the proximity to the coast. This leads to less energy consumption.

5. Special economic zones, setting up of the Ministry of IT, tax holidays are some of the incentives that have been provided by the government for setting up of corporate houses here .
