Many changes and amendments are being made by institutions and organizations to reform the political leaders and their political parties. A few of them include - 

1. By the Supreme Court - The Supreme Court has passed bills and orders to decrease the monetary influence and also, the influence of using criminals.

2. By the Constitution - The Constitution of India has made amendments to its articles which do not allow the MLA's and MP's to change their political parties.

3. By the Election Commission - An order has been passed by the Election Commission of India according to which the political parties will have to hold up all their organizational elections. They will also need to file all of their income tax returns.
