Powers of Indian parliament are classified in following:-
- Legislative.
- Executive.
- Judicial.
- Financial.
- Diplomatic.
- Military.
- Emergency.
Judicial Power :-
- They have powers to punish the one who break laws.
- The upper level of our judiciary system is Supreme Court. Next come High Court and the last one is District Court.
- All issues of district court and high court is fixed by supreme court.
Electoral Power , Election Commission of India :-
- Election Commission is a self governing body.
- It administers election of Rajya Sabha, Lok Sabha, Vidhan Parishad, President, Vice President, president.
- Chief election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners are appointed by President.
