BC=ad=10cm. sides are equal)

ar(ABC)=ar(ACD)(same base lies b/w same parallel therefore it's areas are equal)

ar(ABCD)=ar(ABC)+ar(ACD)

=2ar(ABC)

ar(ABCD)=b*h

=14*10=140
