Judiciary is one of the three tiers of democracy in India. Indian Judiciary had been provided with some special authorities that make it powerful than Legislative and Executive. In India, the Judiciary provide various facilities to the citizens. Any citizen in case can access to higher and higher courts in case of violation of law. For ex, If the citizen is not satisfied with the order of lower level or district level courts, he/she may appeal to the high court for justice...
