10^9 electrons move out of a body to another body every second...

we know that 1 Coulomb

= 6.242×10^18 electrons

given 10^9 electrons take 1 sec.

10^9 electrons_________1 sec.

1 electrons___________ 1/10^9 sec.

6.242×10^18_______ 6.242×10^18/10^9

6.242×10^9 sec =

=> 6.242×10^9/ ( 60×60×24×365) year

time is required to get a total charge of 1c on the other body is.....

=> 197.93 years.
