WHY ARE WE INDIANS CONSIDERED AS ILLETERATES?????

We are technically skilled and advanced in each field but then also why is this happening?????

because even though India is a developing country till we have many people suffering from poverty.Not only that we are thinking that everybody are educated but till we can see many child labourers everywhere.That too we don't maintain the public places neatly.If such things are avoided India would surely not be considered as illeterated country.

We are not illiterates. But we don’t have any opportunity to show that we are literates. Main reason is unemployment where India’s most of the potential is hidden. So we are hiding our talents and no where we don’t have talents
