Explanation:

*We is weight on surface of the earth

*Wm is weight on surface of the moon

*gm is acceleration due to gravity on moon=1.6m/s2

*Now

w=mg

m=10/10

m=1kg

Wm=m*gm

mass remains constant everywhere in the universe.

therefore

Wm=1*1.6

Wm=1.6N

Answer:

1.625 N

Explanation:

First we will find the mass of object (which is 1 gram) and then we will find the value of g on moon (which is 1.625 N).

As we know that weight of any object is equal to the product of mass and the value of g on the surface.  So we will multiply 1 with 1.625 and so the result is

1.625 N.
